4.ASSESSMENT&REPORTS

Proper assessment of candidates achievements , leadership style, skills and personality traits and culture fitment.

Preparation of confidential reports and progress reports
5.REFERENCE CHECK&MANAGING EXPECTATIONS

Conduct professional Reference checks and provide detail report to client

Assist client with negotiations and help candidate see value proposition.
6.ENGANGING WITH CANDIDATE

Helping with his resignation process and reinforcing that he made the right choice

Active engagement with candidate with respect to joining date and post joining if he has any concerns. Providing candidate feedback and concerns if any to client
